This year we're going through a series from Student Life Bible Study that focuses on Jesus Christ. I know that might seem like a given, since the church is all about the message of Jesus, but with this series is a little different. The Christ Series focuses on introducing students to Jesus by:
- Looking at the prophecies surrounding his birth, life, and death
- Analyzing his words and actions in His time on earth
- Seeing the lasting impact he has not only made on the church, but the entire world
As we look at each of these things we take the time to see how the example of Jesus has a relevant application to our daily lives. Subjects recently addressed in this series include:
- What it means to be a servant and why it's so important
- The importance of seeing Jesus for who He really is
- Jesus' fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy shows that the Bible can be trusted and is reliable
- Spiritual struggles and doubts are not the end of the world
